Crepe paper

Crepe and corrugated paper is produced using a special wet process involving crumpling with a special steel knife, followed by drying. This gives it exceptional tear resistance, with very good stretch and elasticity. The paper used for creping can be kraft or recycled. Creped paper is a harmless, environmentally friendly product and can be recycled.

Creped paper has many applications in industry and everyday life. It is used for packaging industrial materials (various types of profiles, PVC, wood, metal, and easily breakable items), protecting them from impact and scratches during transport. In everyday life, crepe paper is widely used for making decorations and other applications. Crepe and corrugated paper can be of different weights, colors, and prints.

To better meet the needs of our customers, we offer crepe paper tape and corrugated paper tape in stock.

Crepe and corrugated paper tape are used for edging and sewing paper sacks that require greater strength and durability of the closing seam. They can also be used as protective wrapping when transporting goods that have special packaging requirements.

We offer crepe and corrugated paper tape on rolls in the following sizes:

A: Tape width: 50 mm and 70 mm

B: Spool diameter: 20 mm

C: Roller diameter: 200 mm

Thread

For the convenience of our customers, we offer thread for sewing single-layer, double-layer, triple-layer, and quadruple-layer paper bags, as well as polyethylene bags. We always have the main types of thread in stock in 200-gram cones with 3-, 4-, and 5-end winding, so that we can fully meet your needs.

They are designed for use with both hand-held (portable) and large (stationary) bag sewing machines.

They can be used for sewing bags filled with various types of feed, flour, shelled sunflower seeds, pet food, charcoal, and more. The threads we offer are of extremely high quality and are distinguished by 100% knotlessness, security, strength, and sewability, ensuring maximum productivity. The products meet all environmental and technological standards and have the relevant quality and regulatory certificates.

Bag sewing machines

Bag sewing machines are an indispensable part of the packaging process for bulk products. Machine sewing of paper bags was first used in England in the mid-19th century.

Bag sewing is still the most reliable mechanism for closing all types of filled bags with bulk products. When packaging highly hygroscopic products in paper bags, crepe paper tape is also used for better sealing and strength of the seam. It is used to close industrial packaging by sewing or gluing, as well as when packing pallets ready for shipment, which ensures stability and safety during transport and storage.

Today, both manual bag sewing machines and fully automated bagging lines are manufactured and offered, where the human factor is minimized.

Manual bag sewing machines are easy to use and do not require extensive specialized training to operate. They are mobile, which allows them to be used practically anywhere. Depending on their power and load, their productivity can reach up to 350 bags per hour.
